Welcome to Magnet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and online store and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by Magnet Hygiene LLC ("Magnet," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping and Return policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and safe use

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, finishes and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Razors and blades are sharp. Handle blades with care, change them carefully, keep razors and blades out of reach of children, and dispose of used blades safely, for example in a blade bank or a closed container. Our shave cream and balm are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Always read the ingredient list before use if you have known sensitivities.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, products and promotions may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

Discount codes and promotions

• Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.
• Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to past orders.
• Codes may expire, may be limited to certain products, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• We may cancel orders or discounts that misuse a code, such as codes obtained through unauthorized sharing or resale.

Subscriptions

Some products are available as a subscription at a discounted price compared with a one-time purchase. When you subscribe:

• Your order renews automatically on the delivery schedule you choose, for example every 45 days, until you cancel.
• Your saved payment method is charged automatically for each renewal at the subscription price in effect at that time, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
• You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing us, before your next renewal date. Changes made after a renewal has been processed apply to the following order.
• If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until your payment details are updated.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping and Return policies, which are part of these Terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Reviews and content you share

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights. You give us permission to use, display and share that content in connection with our business, including on our site and social media. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Magnet name and logo, text, images, videos and design, belongs to Magnet Hygiene LLC or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, to buy products for unauthorized resale, or to copy or scrape the site's content.

Third-party services and links

Our site may use or link to services provided by third parties, such as payment processors, shipping carriers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnet Hygiene LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnet Hygiene LLC from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchases will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be updated. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
